- client confusion as some vendors have been marketing and passing off recreational activities as "team building"
- a dramatic increase in requests for low cost recreational activities for teams
- an increasing number of requests to provide activities for small groups
At The Training Oasis, Inc., we specialize in business related team building and accelerated learning. The use of accelerated learning ensures our team building and training and development sessions are effective and ALWAYS loaded with the "fun factor". For example, for years, our energizers have been popular with participants in both Asia and North America. In an effort to accomodate your needs and be responsive to shifting demands in the marketplace, we are now pleased to expand some of our energizers and offer them as cost effective recreational activities for corporate events. Based on our core value of integrity, we won't try to pass these activities off as "team building". However, we do pledge to offer vivid and memorable recreational activities for your team, within the scope of your budget.

Attention American companies in towns near the Ontario (Canada) border (e.g. Albany, Buffalo, Ithaca, Rochester, Ann Arbor, Detroit): Come north of the border and stretch your team building dollars. Exchange rates are still in your favour.

We can also eliminate the debriefing and business applications from some of our business related team building simulations
and offer them as strictly recreational, cost effective activities. These rates do NOT include food or venue:

Please note, that our rates for these sessions are higher when they are offered for business related team building (includes debriefing and application to your business issues and challenges)
For sessions outside the Greater Toronto area, $4,200 minimum applies.

Our payment terms are 50% at the time of booking and the balance 1 calendar month prior to the session.
Events and sessions booked less than 1 calendar month in advance must be paid in full at the time of booking. There will be a 10% late booking surchage due to the compressed timeframe for logistics. NO EXCEPTIONS.
