We approach team building as an on-going process, not a stand-alone corporate retreat, event or downtime for your team. The goal of our sessions is to give your team new tools
and strategies to resolve business issues and challenges.
We'll link every activity to YOUR business realities. We will make certain that your team walks away from with specific plans of action and models, tools and strategies to implement them. Our follow up will help you keep your plan on track. Finally, we will help you measure the results of our work together.
Almost all of our team building sessions can be offered on-site
at your company's office or off-site at a location of your choosing.

If you don't have the budget for an overnight stay, foreign travel or an outdoor adventure, based on our international experience, we'll use accelerated learning to simulate the key ingredients of foreign travel for your corporate retreat.

- 1/2 Day: From $165 per person (based on minimum group size of 25)
- 1 Day: From $210 per person (based on minimum group size of 20)
- 1 Day: From $275 per peson (including Outdoor Recreation based on minimum group size of 20)
- 2 Days: From $275 per person (based on minimum group size of 20)
- 2 Days: From $375 per person (including Outdoor Recreation based on minimum group size of 20)
- Facilitated 3 Day Retreat: From $450 per person (based on minimum group size of 15)
- Facilitated 3 Day Retreat: From $580 per person (including Outdoor Recreation based on minimum group size of 15)
Please note that all rates will be 20% higher if planning your session involves working with a committee of more than 3 people.
