Our unique approach to team building develops cohesive teams that produce measurable, bottom line results.

YOUR Business Challenges
|
The goal of our team building sessions is to give your team new tools and strategies to resolve business issues and challenges.
During business related corporate retreats, we will link every activity to YOUR business realities. We will make certain that your team walks away from sessions with specific plans of action and models, tools and strategies to implement them. Our follow up will help you keep your plan on track. Finally, we will help you measure the results of our work together.

Business Related Corporate Team Building |
Growing a company or building a team is like growing a garden - weeds sprout up automatically. You must take proactive and persistent action to prevent those weeds from overrunning your garden. An effective organization composed of a network of teams that works effectively across departments and functional groups doesn't happen by accident. It has to be by design - a design that includes constant re-evaluation of the needs of your customers, team members and your organization. To build an effective team, from time to time, it is important to take time away from the day to day pressures of a rapidly changing environment for a corporate retreat to devote quality time to:
- assessing the degree to which the team is in sync with your corporate culture and values
- ensuring that all team members have a clear sense of their role in fulfilling your company's vision and mission
- fine tuning your ability to communicate and work together

Flexible Team Building Options
|
Our flexible approach offers a range of options to suit your budget. At some locations, we can incorporate horse riding, canoeing, polo games (spectator), polo clinics, bike rodeos, bike-a-thons, hockey, soccer, snow shoeing, dog sledding, drum circles, or desert safaris into your teambuilding session.

|
Recreational Activities for Corporate Teams
|
Our main focus is business related teambuilding simulations for corporate audiences. While, our business simulations have always been upbeat, engaging and LOADED with the "fun factor", we offer MUCH more than "fun in the sun". Our goal is to help you generate innovative solutions to your business related challenges. If all you require is team recreation, just let us know and we will create a unique, vivid and memorable experience that boosts team spirit. However, based on our core value of integrity, we won't try to pass it off as teambuilding. We also have some cost effective recreational options for corporate teams that are facing budget constraints.

We have strategic alliances with a number of unique country settings in Ontario, other parts of Canada, Jamaica, Singapore, Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, and India.
If you don't have the budget for an overnight stay, foreign travel or an outdoor adventure, based on our international experience, we'll use accelerated learning to simulate the key ingredients of foreign travel for your corporate retreat.
Almost all of these sessions can be offered on-site
at your company's office or off-site at a location of your choosing.

Booking Information
The "fun factor" is an important aspect of all of our sessions. However, the ability to focus on key issues, achieve results and ensure safety are even more important. We discourage the use of alcohol during corporate retreats sessions. For rugged activities that require a high level of alertness, we reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual who is intoxicated or severely hungover. In these instances, there will be no refunds.
A deposit of 50% per person is required to confirm bookings within 1 week of engaging our services. The balance is due no later than 1 calendar month prior to your session. Due to the compressed time for logistics and reduced availability of locations on short notice, signigicantly increasing location scouting time, there is a 10% - 15% surcharge for sessions booked with less than 1 calendar month's notice.
Location scouting is a service that we provide at no charge for clients who have engaged us for corporate team building services and paid their deposit. Location souting is also available as a stand alone service. We will provide you with 3 locations that fit your budget, requested dates and programming requirements.
Location Scouting: $500 (Deducted from total fee if our services are engaged)
Deposit Towards Event Planning: $750 (Deducted from total fee if we are engaged for your corporate retreat)
Location Scouting & Event Planning Deposit: $1000 (Deducted from total fee if our services are engaged)
