Rather than making a heavy use of lectures, we use accelerated learning to provide participants with more opportunity to hone their skills through practice and feedback. In fact, this programme offers significantly more practice than other course of this nature on the market. By the end of the programme, each participant will have an opportunity to conduct a complete panel interview. If you wish, we can even videotape the practice interviews to enhance skill acquisition.

Why pay hefty licensing and materials fees for a generic programme when we can offer you a customized, cost-effective approach?

In most behaviour based interviewing programmes, participants work only with generic interview questions. We work extensively with high growth organizations. We'll help you identify 6 - 8 specific skills, corporate values or characteristics that are critical for success in your environment. We'll develop questions and scales for measuring them right into the programme. Participants will gain practice in using customized interview guides and templates to assess:

  • a candidate's ability to fit into your corporate culture based on your company's values
  • technical skills that are specific to the positions you are attempting to fill rather than textbook examples
  • the degree to which the candidate will be able to cope with the challenges of a rapidly changing environment
